Aaron's History at America's Car-Mart

Aaron, Vice President of Operations,

Aaron is currently a Vice President of Operations for America's CAR-MART, Inc. He started with the company in August of 1995 as a Management Trainee where he learned that hard work and commitment would lead to many more opportunities in the company.

He then moved through several positions including Account Manager, Purchasing Agent, Assistant Manager, General Manager, Area Operations Manager, Regional Manager and then into his current position.

Through his tenure with the company, he has seen many changes which have allowed for his continued growth and development. As the company continues to grow, Aaron spends a large portion of his time developing his associates and believes that “With proper attitude you can accomplish anything". He is also very customer focused and spends and devotes much of his time developing his management team to have the right focus on the customer.
