Aaron's History at America's CAR-MART

Aaron Davis is currently a General Manager at CAR-MART of Benton. He started with the company in August of 1995 as a Management Trainee where he learned that hard work and commitment would lead to many more opportunities in the company.

He then moved through several positions including Account Manager, Purchasing Agent, Assistant Manager, General Manager, Area Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Vice President of Operations, and back to his current position as General Manager.

Through his tenure with the company, he has seen many changes which have allowed for his continued growth and development. As the company continues to grow, Aaron spends a large portion of his time developing his associates and believes that “With proper attitude you can accomplish anything". He is also very customer focused and spends and devotes much of his time developing his management team to have the right focus on the customer.
