The Account Rep establishes rapport with customers to problem-solve in the collection of accounts. Contacts delinquent account holders by mail, phone or in person to make arrangements for collection of overdue payments. Evaluates customer records and makes recommendations concerning payment extensions based on earnings and payment history.
