You and your privacy rights are important to us. We are committed to providing you with vehicles and vehicle financing, while managing your personal information with the utmost care. We collect customer information to identify you; to confirm facts about you; to administer your records, accounts and funds; to comply with laws and regulations; to understand your financial needs; and to provide you quality customer service. Because we do not sell or give personal information about you to others, except as permitted by law or described herein, there is no need for an opt-out process in the Car-Mart privacy system. Customer information is accessible only by appropriate personnel within our company who have a business need for the information. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. We make contracts with any nonaffiliated third parties with which we do business to maintain the confidentiality of your nonpublic, personal information.
This privacy statement describes our privacy practices for both current and former customers. We will provide one copy of this notice; please share this information with all co-borrowers. Upon your request, we will send additional copies of this statement.
This notice updates and replaces any previous notice you may have received from us about the collection, use and protection of customer information. We may change this privacy notice at any time and if we do, we will notify you as required by law. Some states may provide additional privacy protections, and we are committed to complying with applicable law.
