Every several months, we recognize those high-performing associates who go above and beyond in their daily responsibilities. Our Car-Mart Pacesetter award is given to those associates who ‘set the pace’ at their locations and dealerships.
Car-Mart’s newest Pacesetters:
Kyle Baker – Inventory Service Manager, Woodstock, Ga.
For Kyle, it’s mission first, himself second. “His commitment to Car-Mart is unwavering,” says Kyle’s supervisor. This year, he’s held three different positions that have contributed to the needs of the business.
Jessica Flores – Office Clerk, Mount Pleasant, Texas
Considered a jack of all trades, Jessica cleans her building daily, she washes cars, she helps customers when account reps are busy, she leads her team on event days and she happily welcomes customers to Car-Mart. “She makes us better,” says Jessica’s supervisor.
Randy Huskey – Reg. 3 Purchasing Agent, Batesville, Ark.
Thanks to hard work, dedication and the pursuit of success, Randy is currently the #1 purchasing agent in the company, and he’s been with the company for less than a year.
Dino Konarczyk – Inventory Associate, Woodstock, Ga.
Dino embodies excellence and pride in his work. This year, he’s trained Inventory associates at multiple lots.
Cliff Patrick – Sales Specialist, Corp Marketing Ala.
Thanks to Cliff, Car-Mart’s Region 5 exceeded its sales goal. Best in the company!
Richard Rice – Facilities Specialist, Paducah, Ky.
Richard exemplifies Car-Mart’s mission, vision and values and he demonstrates the company’s mission every day in his quality of work, attention to detail and dedication to his customers.
Anna Russell – Office Manager, Muscle Shoals, Ala.
Anna provides great service to Car-Mart’s customers from sales to the office. She’s on her way to serving as a great leader for Car-Mart soon.
Tara Sanders – Accounts Payable Manager, Corporate Office, Bentonville, Ark.
Customer service is key to Tara. A problem solver, Tara works hard to ensure Car-Mart’s field operations has what it takes to deliver a great customer service.
Amy South – Office Manager, Cullman, Ala.
Amy serves Car-Mart’s customers from collection to the office. She is outstanding in her job especially for her efforts every tax season.
Gary Wilson – Inventory Associate, Greenville, Texas
Gary gives 100 percent because he says Car-Mart is his family, “his home away from home.” He does whatever it takes to help – washing cars with icicles on his back, fixing doors and office locks on a Friday evening and moving cars on a Sunday to the newly-paved lot.
