Proof of Medical Insurance Tax Form (1095-C)

The Paperwork Reduction Act (“the Act”) introduces new restrictions on the distribution of the Form 1095-C to current or former employees. Starting in the 2024 Calendar Year, employers are no longer required to automatically mail Form 1095-C to current or former employees. Instead, the form will be provided only upon request.
