This Marketing Assistant will work alongside the Senior Director, Digital Experience and members of the Marketing Department. This individual will assist in invoicing for services, maintaining department and financial records as well as performing other general office duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Process departmental invoices by verifying invoice is unpaid and is valid.
• Perform general office duties.
• Post locations of all remotes on Company intranet page each month.
• Complete the petty cash log with receipts for money spent on events each month.
• File, ship and clean as required.
• Frame and ship posters to lots as required.
• Forward orders for business cards to the print shop and review proofs on a weekly basis.
• Order samples, maintain a spreadsheet with Associate names and sizes, and coordinate shipping and exchanges of associate apparel on an annual basis.
• Order Company shirts, sweaters, and other apparel for contest, Corporate Office staff, special orders and on hand stock as required.
• Assist at Company events, community outreach, remotes, customer appreciations, and grand openings/re-openings as required. May involve travel and overnight stays.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
