- The “Turn Your Future Refund Into A Ride Now” promotion allows qualified customers to reduce their down payment to $399 down on select vehicles priced at $21,999 or less.
- Qualifying customers that participate in the “Turn Your Future Refund Into A Ride Now” $399 down payment promotion must have an extra payment of at least 10% of the financed price, scheduled to be made during tax season, due no later than 3/7/26.
- To participate in the “Turn Your Future Refund Into A Ride Now” $399 down payment promotion, each customer must visit a participating America’s Car-Mart location, provide their most recent pay stub, and complete the Tax Max Estimator.
- Tax Refund Services, Inc., DBA Tax Max an independent tax preparation service, will file the customer’s tax refund based on the provided information if agreed upon by the customer and Tax Max.
- Qualifications for this promotion are based on the following:
- Must be a 4-rated applicant or higher to qualify for $399 down.
- Applicant scores of 1, 2, and 3 DO NOT qualify for offer.
- This down payment reduction does not reduce the price of the vehicle.
- As always, even if the customer does not qualify for the $399 down promotion, America’s Car-Mart will work with the customer to try to assist them in financing a vehicle with a down payment they may be able to afford.
- Any fees for services furnished to the customer by Tax Refund Services, Inc. or related to the refund delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If filing taxes with Tax Max, each customer may endorse their tax refund check to America’s Car-Mart. They will receive the difference between the amount of any such check and their special payment, if greater than their special payment, in the form of a check.
- America’s Car-Mart is not affiliated in any way with Tax Refund Services, Inc. or any other tax preparation service. Any errors, discrepancies or conflicts that may arise are solely between the customer and the tax preparation service, and, in utilizing this promotion, the customer agrees that he/she releases America’s Car-Mart, Inc. and their affiliates, directors, officers, and agents from any claims and liability whatsoever in conjunction with the customer’s tax preparation and filing.
- Credit approval is required for any vehicle financed by America’s Car-Mart.
- This promotion is effective on retail deliveries from dealer stock at participating America’s Car-Mart locations from December 1, 2025, and it expires January 17, 2026.
- This promotion may not be used on wholesale vehicle sales.
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate in this promotion and must be nineteen (19) years of age or older in Alabama.
