A big shout out and warm America’s Car-Mart welcome to Jules Gianneschi. She’s our new Senior Vice President – People. In this role, Jules will oversee the development and implementation of all recruiting, training, HR/benefits, and communications/integration strategies, systems, policies, plans, and services for over 2,000 associates.
A proven leader, Jules brings exceptional experience across all facets of human resources strategy and development.
She’s already hit the road visiting numerous Car-Mart stores and talking with associates to learn about how Car-Mart operates and helps our customers. Here’s what drew Jules to Car-Mart and what she envisions for our company.
Why are you excited to join America’s Car-Mart?
Helping individuals and teams discover and connect their passion (their hearts, minds, hands) to a purpose that embodies their personal values has long been the heart of what motivates and inspires me. From my first conversation with the leadership team at Car-Mart to observing its community involvement and partnerships, and then to my first week in the job, hearing from our valued associates at the dealerships about our mission, vision, and values, it’s quite evident that Car-Mart’s people-first culture is flourishing. The organization has a strong foundation of servant leadership, and it is a thriving culture where individuals want to win together.
I am personally excited to bring the HR team together and harness their collective super skills, talents, and expertise to anticipate and solve business challenges. As a team, we can help provide “fuel” to support our associates to further serve our customers with excellence which keeps our customers on the road.
What are your hopes and dreams for the company?
At the best of times, life can be complex, and in an increasingly challenging environment for so many people, Car-Mart can provide the benefit of safe and reliable transportation to meet needs. As we continue to grow, our customers want flexibility in how they shop, how they pay, and how we stay connected with them. My dream is that we prepare our talent for these future challenges around the corner, and that provides the motivation to keep growing and serving our customers.
We have a fantastic legacy of growth from the front lines to general managers who give so much back to the communities they serve. That same growth mindset allows us to innovate our current process and find new ways to meet our customers’ needs.
